This final evaluation of Leverage Women’s Rights in Social Transformation of Elected Nominees (LISTEN) project was conducted by Institute of Social Policy, Islamabad. The main purpose of the evaluation was to assess as to what extent the project had contributed to positive change in the lives of women and young girls at personal, social and political level. Specific objectives included evaluation of intended or unintended outcomes of the project at community level; measure efficiency, assess sustainability of the project and draw lessons learnt from the project to develop more effective projects/project strategies in the future. ISP used both quantitative and qualitative methods to conduct the evaluation. A total of 284 persons participated in evaluation including community women leaders, representatives of communities, AF staff and volunteers.
